While RedLily® was originally designed for women to share their heartfelt stories, we are finding that more and more men are gravitating towards our platform to share their learnings as well. And we’re not complaining! We are overjoyed with our continued growth and connection with all of our writers as we learn from each and every experience. To further this sentiment, sometimes people come out of the woodwork after many, many years to contribute to RedLily® simply because they resonate with our mission. We are truly humbled.

“Gratitude”

Gratitude.
An emotion we often overlook.
Taking the time to appreciate what we have and to be thankful for the things in our life that really matter.
I’m taking this opportunity to express how thankful I am for the amazing people I have in my life, for the connections I have made, be it personal or work related, and for the good health I have been fortunate enough to experience.
Sometimes we just need to put a pause on life, look around and really appreciate our surroundings and the people in them.
Learning to truly appreciate our life’s experiences and what we have accomplished is a skill that escapes most people, but the ones who practice being thankful reap the rewards of fulfillment and true happiness.
Remember, there’s nothing wrong with being a go-getter and striving for success and other glories along life’s path, but too often we get wrapped up in our ascension to the top and we forget to take a moment to be grateful for all that we have accomplished and earned in this journey of life.
When you’re grateful for everything you have, it just leads to happiness.
