The RedLily® community is built on the strength of women. It’s been our mission since the very beginning to help women share their success stories so they can heal themselves and others. We believe a big part of the healing process is self-care. When it comes to helping our worldwide network of “soul sisters” strive, thrive, and survive (especially during these uncertain times); we continue to share as much content as possible that inspires and heals.

“Practicing Self-Care in Turbulent Times”
By Tanya Smith
Hi Beautiful!
I hope you are staying safe and healthy during this crazy time!
I wanted to reach out and see how you are doing and give you some simple tips for practicing self-care from the comfort of your home.
As we all know going out isn’t an option right now and in most cases salons and spas are closed so I wanted to be sure that you had the proper tools to continue yourself love journeys right from the comfort of your couch even if the kids are running amuck and everything is in temporary chaos.
When it comes down to it, the most important thing we can do for ourselves is to remember that we matter just as much as everyone else and we cannot allow ourselves to get left behind.
Remember, More Self-love & Less Self-Sabotage
We all know it’s so hard to fit everything we need into our schedule, especially when everyone is home and we’ve got to make sure things are taken care of, but we also know that self-love and self-care are crucial to our health and happiness!
So today is your day to take these simple steps towards self-care during self-isolation and get back on top of your mindset!

Now that you have some quick tips and suggestions for keeping your self-care going even during quarantine you’ve got to make it happen. You can do this and I am rooting for you.
Stay Beautiful, stay healthy, and stay kind. Give yourself the love you deserve and remember self-love is not selfish.
Here’s what to do now:
Get your self-care on and encourage others to do the same in my Facebook group or tag me in Instagram. We would love to see you putting these tips into action. So, share your favorite face mask recipe, show us a picture of you dancing to your self-care playlist, or share the three things you love most about yourself. No matter what you do, just be sure you aren’t forgetting to take care of you!
